Roger is a Partnership and Community Manager at Kinsta who believes the best technology is built around people. After more than 20 years working on the web, he’s most energized by helping others discover how technology can create opportunity, independence, and meaningful careers.
Based in Southwest Colorado, Roger organizes the Durango WordPress Meetup and regularly connects students, agencies, and creators with the broader open-source community. He’s especially passionate about making the web feel approachable for newcomers.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on a bike or exploring the mountains.

Since Robbie completed her B.A. in English, she has naturally been working in the IT industry ever since! For 25 years, she is Owner/CEO of Media A-team, Inc.
She has worn many hats over the years such as: IT Manager, Director of Operations & Training, software trainer, web designer, project manager, lead sales, social media manager, director, producer, editor, writer, and graphic artist to name a few.
With experience on multiple platforms, she has worked with many pieces of software (including AI) and many web technologies. Robbie is also OSTraining.com's CEO and has developed more websites than you can count using WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla CMSs. She often serves as consultant and project manager on React/Filament and Laravel/Tailwind application builds for our clients.
